HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS

We are looking to hire a motivated HVAC service technician to maintain and repair our customers’ HVAC and water heater systems. The HVAC service technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats and compressors.

You will diagnose problems, relay costs to customers, and offer alternative solutions. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems
  • Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment
  • Performing routine preventative maintenance
  • Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork
  • Identify and present additional products and services needed
  • Promote maintenance plan
  • Educate customers on operation of system
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests
HVAC INSTALLERS

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC installer to professionally install heating and air conditioning equipment to meet or exceed manufacturer and code requirements. As an HVAC Installer, you will travel to our client’s home’s or business, inspect their current equipment to ensure a proper installation can be completed, remove existing equipment and install the new system.

A successful candidate will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Their essential duty is to provide professional installations and advice our clients on proper use of their system to maximize efficiency and comfort.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Residential retrofit installations including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners
  • Water Heater/Water Softener Installations
  • Ensure the effectiveness and safety of new install HVAC system
  • Address customers concerns and questions
  • Train customers on system operation
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
  • Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
  • Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
  • Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
