Jens from J & D Heating and Cooling arrived during the time slot scheduled and with a text letting me know exactly when he would arrive. Jens did a great job explaining everything to me. He completed the maintenance check up on my Air system and explained options that would help or assist my system. Jens was very easy to talk to and explained everything very completely, answering all of my questions. I enjoyed visiting with him and felt like he really took the time to be sure I was satisfied.
