This dude (Ryan) was awesome, he was very thorough and went the extra mile. He noticed some funny readings and took the time to troubleshoot all kinds of things. Turns out it needs further investigation so we scheduled a follow up. Really appreciate his thoroughness, and not just saying, “close enough, moving on.” Especially on his last call of the day before the weekend. I’m even more impressed given this is a relatively unit, installed by the company, and inspected several times and he’s the first to notice what could potentially be an incorrect part. A++
