J&D Heating & Cooling tech was great. He notified me when he was headed our way. He was on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.

Andy was great. I asked him a bunch of questions and he answered them all. Very knowledgeable.

J&D has been servicing our heat & A/C now for several years and they always do a great job. Kenny walked me through the whole service pointing out different things and how they work and how we could possibly get more efficient operation out of our unit. He made a few suggestions of things that might need some attention soon and gave me multiple options on how or when those could get done. Very professional and friendly. No high pressure sales. Will have J&D continue with our service in the future. They continue to earn our business.
