I was not happy when I was given an appointment window from 10-4pm, especially when the technician didn’t get here until 3:45. However, when he got here Nathan explained the reasoning. He also made sure we knew that he always called before heading over, so we were never tied to the house if we had an errand to run. He said “we can always reschedule or come over later. You shouldn’t have to work around us, we’ll work around for you.” I really appreciate that

When my wife got sick the office sent us a signed card from everyone wishing her well. When she died they checked on us to see how we were doing. They’re very sincere people who’ve never tried to pull the wool over our eyes.
